The Lodge at 1240 m is located at the top of town 100 meters from the chairlifts to the main Staetzerhorn section of The Lenzerheide resort & Churwaldens’ own Pradaschier ski area.
A wooden “chalet style” 1st floor houses the 5 bedrooms & the massage/reading room. Three triple single bedrooms & two twin rooms that can sleep up to 13 guests.The largest bedroom has an en suite shower with the other 4 bedrooms having wash basins & sharing the shower on the landing as well as a shower on the ground floor. Two toilets are on the 1st floor & separate ladies & gents toilets on the ground floor.
The Ground floor hosts a large dining area, kitchen, bar & living room with Sky TV, DVD, & beanbag-loungers to relax in. (Your hosts Holly & Dave have their own apartment behind the kitchen.)
The Lodge is centrally heated with hot showers always available.
In summer enjoy sitting out on the terrace or using the barbeque area. There is also a secure bike storage area and ample car parking spaces.
The Worlds Longest Rodelbahn and "Climbing Park" are the highlight of the local Pradaschier resort with the chairlift (May 30th - October 25th) only 3 mins walk from The Lodge. The Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts are just behind The Lodge and the shops & supermarket are also just a short walk.
The Lodge is available during the Summer and Winter - and available on a per person basis - or can be booked sole occupancy.

Price per night:
CHF28 pp in 3bed room, CHF40 in twin/ double, CHF50 double with ensuite shower. Local resort tax CHF2.75 pppn.
Sole occupancy rates per week Sat to Sat: self catered May, June, September & October CHF2500 , July & Aug CHF3000, Catered July & Aug CHF3500. Half board in Winter CHF80-95 pp twin room, CHF5950 sole use (15 guests).
