The Barn offers four-star quality hostel accommodation and camping facilities, all year round, in Westray (The Queen O’ The Isles), Orkney.
The Barn has excellent kitchen and lounge facilities and offers twin and family rooms, all with a sea view.
It is in a great location to explore the many cliffs, beaches, seabirds and walks that our island has to offer.
You can also explore the Heritage Centre, craft businesses and well stocked local shops.
If you don’t want to cook in, the Pierowall Hotel is 3 minutes walk from the Barn and offers excellent food and bar facilities.

Directions:
Westray is one of the north isles of Orkney. Travel to Westray with Orkney Ferries (Tel: 01856 872044 to book car) or Loganair (Tel: 01856 872494). From Rapness Ferry turn right and drive north for 7 miles. You will then see Pierowall Village. The Barn is on the outskirts of Pierowall Village. It is well signposted and central to all facilities. |
